Cassandra Lee
I have an extensive research background in both the User Experience Research and Customer Experience space. After graduating from Western University, I went on to pursue a career in Research and now have over 7 years of research experience, working in various roles at companies such as Capital One and Informatica. During my career, I have always been a strong research advocate by identifying opportunities to conduct user research into various digital projects and sharing best design research practices.
When I’m not working away at research, I’m usually somewhere else in the world, doing something questionably crazy like skydiving over the Namib Desert in Africa, hiking up volcanoes in Guatemala, motorbiking in the Cambodian jungle or swimming with stingrays in Belize…..Or just in a music studio.
